As our Core component, Community System Strengthening (CSS) are community-led structures and mechanisms through which we interact, coordinate and respond to challenges and needs affecting with HIV positive community and district level PLHIV networks.

I have been associated with GSNP+ since 2004. Working with HIV-positive individuals, including children, has been a valuable experience. The GSNP+ members are well-informed with the latest research and data on HIV, which helps the entire team across Gujarat to be aware of their rights and responsibilities towards the HIV-positive community. The organization has thrived for over two decades, establishing strong ethical standards at both state and national levels. They have reached even the smallest villages, providing care, support, treatment, and counselling to both individuals and their families. I wish GSNP+ success in their future endeavours.

Yashvi Anand Vatika – Bhoomi Poojan
The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony for Yashvi Anand Vatika, a special initiative of GSNP+, was held on 25 October 2025 (Dhan-Teras) with great devotion and enthusiasm. The event marked the auspicious beginning of the construction of this new space dedicated to nurturing and empowering HIV-positive orphan girls living under the care of GSNP+.
The construction of Yashvi Anand Vatika is being undertaken under the generous support of Shri Paresh Khandelwal, Founder of the Yashvi Foundation.
Yashvi Anand Vatika symbolizes hope, love, and resilience—a safe and supportive home envisioned to provide holistic care, education, and emotional well-being to the girls. The project reflects GSNP+’s continuous commitment to creating an inclusive and dignified environment for children living with HIV, ensuring their overall development and integration into society.
