- GSNP+ formed on 6th February 2003 by the resolute efforts of seven people living with HIV/AIDS in Surat and registered under the Societies Act and Public Trust Act.
- GSNP+ is a non-profit community based organization of People living with HIV/AIDS.
- The existence of GSNP+ is based on the concept of “by the people, for the people, to the people living with HIV/AIDS”.
- Our services has reached across all the districts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan States along with the strong partnership of the District Level Networks (DLNs)
- Our Linking Organization: Sister concerns: State Women Forum (SWF) and Nokhu-Aikhu (MSM/TG forum)

First Step
Two PLHIV Initiated to work as part time peer for community in SAHAS NGO Surat. Support Group Meeting organised for Community Mobilisation supported by UNDP

2003Established Special Care
Established Special Care home for Orphan HIV Positive girls in Surat with the support of Social Justice department Govt. of Gujarat.
