The International Labor Organization (ILO) has partnered with Gujarat State Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (GSNP+) to implement a Skill Development and Livelihood project in Surat. This project aims to empower People Living with HIV (PLHIV), youth, women, and key populations by
providing career counseling, skill improvement, and placement services to these target
groups.
